Worst part about this place is all the bugs. Rent this place if this is your last and only hope. Trash wifi in my building, had to buy a wifi range extender since they do not have working ethernet. Outlets shut off easily. Walls are very thin. Prepare to live with silverfish and winged termites. Silverfish were even in my smoke detector. Had to use a small rope in my shower to stop the termites from coming into my living room. Disgusting and uncomfortable living conditions.
