I had an excellent experience at this sleep disorder center! The facilities were exceptionally clean, and every part of the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. I interacted with several technicians, nurses, and doctors, and everyone was professional, kind, and helpful. Great experience
Absolutely terrible! Prior to my appt. they demanded in numerous Emil’s and texts that I complete thier form. When I spent several hours on healow trying to answer and being rerouted back, I finally gave up. I tried to call them but got nothing but options offering me directions, office hours, accounting, etc. There was no option to talk to anyone! I finally went in to my appointment and the receptionist told me that I had not filled out the paperwork for my visit . I told her about the trouble that I had. I complained about... read more
