I had a truly wonderful experience at this sleep apnea facility. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Sad to see what this place has become… you won’t find me there, and you won’t find Dr. Ross there either. We used to have qualified sleep specialists who cared, and now there is 0 hours of training for all staff combined and even less care for the patients. Money hungry, heartless, and will threaten to sue at the drop of a dime. You’ll notice in your first interaction, if you can even get them to answer the phone. Stay far away.

Was a long time patient of Dr. Ross. Drove over an hour for an appointment and there is nobody available. Contacted Zac about what to do and he informed me that he's no longer with the office. What a disgrace. Do not come here.
