RecommendedWe love our corner unit. Rooms are bright and airy. Do wish we were able to have recycling available. Although we don’t have a dog or young children the playground and dog park are great features that get used often.
This place is amazing. The girls in the office are caring and very helpful. They make you feel like you are family and so do the residence. It’s clean and they are always on top of it

I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with The Slate at Andover. I viewed a property with Dawn and she was great. The accommodations and the apartment community was awesome. The company truly offers great customer service and I cannot say enough great things about Dawn!

I have been living at the slate in Andover for about 3 years now there has been a lot of good new changes. There is new management. I think the new manager is right on top of things and I would highly recommend the slate at Andover to anyone e who is looking for a nice place to live
