Excellent experience from start to finish! The office staff is friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Dr. Belk was thorough, took the time to explain the diagnosis in detail, and made us feel confident in the treatment plan. Outstanding customer service and exceptional care. Highly recommend!
I want to say that all the staff was very professional and had great customer service skills. The other thing is that the doctor was very kind and explained everything to me with detail. Anahi thr medical assistant was amazing she was always there to guide me thru the process.
Staff at The Skin clinic of Texas was very friendly and efficient. Wait time was minimal and I was especially happy with the medical care I received. Procedure was thoroughly explained so that I was able to understand. A follow up the next morning was made to make sure I didn’t have any issues and to assure I was using medication as directed.
Love the office. It’s very nice and clean. Staff is so nice from the minute you open the door until you are done with your appointment. Waiting time is very minimal. Staff very attentive to patients need and very knowledgeable. Speaks English & Spanish. I will definitely recommend them.
I had the honor to work with Dr. Belk when he was an ER physician and he was amazing. Now, he is an erudite on skin disorders! My diagnosis was spot on and the staff is professional and cordial. Waiting time was brief and appointment was given promptly. 10/10 ⭐️
