Truly horrible service and complete disregard for their clients. As a designer I work with many companies to ensure my projects run smoothly, and come together nicely. After my experience with **** I can say with full confidence they are not that vendor. From the complete disrespect they treated me with by totally disregarding the job they did to the overall quality of service they provide, its a horrible company. Please do not waste your time, youve been warned.
They sold me the lowest quality drapes and because they are custom, I have no protection on having them returned. They first gave terrible advisement of what drapes to purchase for the space, but when I picked up the drapes, they had deeply embedded wrinkles that will not come out. I can't take them back. I would never work with this workroom again.
