It was my first visit to Dr. Silberman, the customer service and professionalism that he and his staff exhibit is exceptional. I was greeted warmly by both Sondra and Angel, but it was my dental hygienist, Jeni who blew me away. She was friendly, warm and extremely efficient, all the while chatting me up. She was able to ease my dental fears and explained everything in layman's terms. My experience at this office turned me into a patient for life.
I have been a patient of Doctor Silberman's for about 20 years and I give him five stars for all of the services that his dental group provides. He is an excellent dentist and very professional (always on time too).He has an excellent bedside manner and he has some outstanding people working with him. I grade hard, its either bad, good, or excellent and Doctor Silberman has received "Excellent" in all categories for the past 20 years.

I had my second visit with Dr. Silberman's office and have been very happy so far. Everyone is very nice and professional there. They care about your concerns and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I hope to continue to have good visits and will be able to say I finally found a dentist I can trust. All the others I've tried seemed like their main goal is to make money and perform unnecessary work on you to get it.
