Great Service!!!!!.... sucks you can't get a payment plan... Like if my mouth is infected then i face something serious I can't get help because no insurance so I can die!! Not y'all fault tho.. 5 stars

I arrived at my appointment on time ready to go. I signed in and to my surprise I was NOT greeted by the staff, as my prior visit (which was my first). I sat and waited 15 minutes, still no acknowledgement or anything, so I inquired to see how much longer. I was told that it would be just five more minutes. I asked if I should reschedule and explained that I will have to leave at 5:15 to pickup my son. As usual, I had a wonderful experience with my dental hygienist Maria and with Dr. Silberman, both of whom are very caring as well as great at what they do. Other staff members who helped me were friendly and got me in and out without delays. Wonderful practice.

Dr. Silberman's office is one of the best. Every time I go, I feel like a part of a family. The staff is very polite, and professional. In addition, I have never had any issues with billing unlike several doctor's office's I have visited in the past.

The rating says excellent but I want to go one step further--OUTSTANDING! The Dental hygienist was perfect. Like you said I was treated as family and I was so professionally and gracefully explained everything she was doing to my mouth. So reassuring in this day when we want to know what is happening. Then Dr Silberman came in and he did a thorough exam finding no problems-- keep up what ever you are doing and I look forward to coming back in six months or sooner if necessary. . Had an appointment for a cleaning and check-up this morning. Am very pleased with the staff and Dr. Silberman. All were very efficient and pleasant!
