If you are considering this place as your new home please be aware of frequent broken elevator (only one in the building) and frequent power outages. When I am not home for a week and return there is cloudy grey black water that comes out of the faucets. Current resident.
Awesome experience from start to finish! The management team was fantastic. Special thanks to Megan for always being so helpful and going the extra mile, even after I moved out. I really appreciate everything she did. Highly recommend The Shoal!

Trash pickup continues to happen outside my bedroom window at 3-5 am, 4x/week. The decibel rating from inside the apartment is the equivalent of a lawn mower getting started next to my bed. I've tried ear plugs, sound machines, calling 311, calling Austin tenants council, emailing the front office, emailing the trash company, emailing the local congressman, and nothing.
