I am still waiting on my security deposit it’s been over a month . They are trying to charge me for carpet replacement in the bedroom blaming my dog for the stain . I have had to pipes burst in kitchen and bedroom and the water leak caused some stains but blaming on the pet . It did not take me 30 days to pay my rent . The Sheffield was not conducive for handicap people. There were not enough handicap parking spots and they were not close to the elevators. Could hardly get the front doors open due to the wind pressure and it was a long way to the back of the building to the elevators. The balcony was grated and difficult to use a cane or a crutch on. When I visited my grandchildren the Children's play area was way out back and too small. Getting to and from the complex by car is a nightmare on Rt 4 or a convoluted mess coming in back way. ... read more
Rude people,poorly maintained and ripped off my family,I only count my blessings that I only had to visit there and not reside,I travelled more to see my family when they moved even though they were an hour further away,there's always problems weather it be going to the pool or even playing music at a reasonable decimal,my sister in law was pregnant before they moved out and the stress they put on her was unbelievable,if I could give the place 0 stars I would.
Roaches everywhere in my friends apartment. I would never recommend this place. Bad customer service. Common areas are not clean don't move there
This place is a scam they will take every dollar of you security deposit no matter what. Don't make a good faith effort to paint it back they will charge you the security deposit and more!!!
Cosmetics good, no concierge after 8:00, understaffed, building not easily accessible to main building - main management people indifferent, unfriendly, uncaring- service - not what one would think of as a luxury apt- Beware tenant above and below - excessive noise and vibrations - management indifferent to !
