I love living at the shawmut! The apartments are beautiful and big, and location could not be better. The building manager does an amazing job, and everyone at the building is so friendly. I’m never moving!
Living at Shawmut has been a really wonderful experience, been here for 6 months. Well-maintained, and management is very responsive. Location couldn't be better, love the park right across the street. I'm never moving.

You won’t find a more homelike building and community at this price point in Washington DC It’s also super pet friendly with no pet fee/pet rent, management is super responsive on maintenance requests, and did I mention I love the community and Sharon and Jose do their very best to foster it? Had to leave because of a work move but I’m going to miss this building so much!
