Rosie is the best! I started working with Rosie back in November, and it took me a couple of months to finally decide on my draperies and shades. Throughout the entire process, Rosie was incredibly patient, helpful, and always available to answer my questions. Terrible experience with The Shade Store. Premium prices for completely unprofessional service. Incorrect measurements, damaged walls, endless delays, poor communication, and after waiting forever for installation, they showed up without the rails needed to complete the job. Emails take forever to be answered and nobody takes responsibility. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would never recommend this company.
