We needed to replace eight(8) motorized roller sunshades downstairs in our home; the motors in our shades were going out one-by-one, with no replacement motor available for our 'legacy blinds'. Barbra helped us in the selection of new motorized roller sunshades and we couldn't be happier. New technology allows us to use a wireless HUB for operation (along with a remote for each room of shades if wireless unavailable). Update 9/29: Wow - the misses keep coming with Shade Store. Buyer beware! Don’t expect your order to arrive when promised, even on orders they messed up on the first time!Was just notified that one of my replacement drapes are now suddenly back ordered after 2 months of waiting for them to be redone. If I’m lucky, I’ll have drapes for Christmas on an order placed in June! I ordered 2 sets of drapery and shades for my new home. For some reason, both sets of drapery have had issues. I ordered 2 sets of drapery and shades for my new home. For some reason, both sets of drapery have had issues. I’m giving them 3 stars because they have decent customer service and the installers are great but it has been a painful process and still ongoing as the timelines are long. I don’t recommend draperies here, go to Skyline or another vendor. Shade stores workroom needs better quality control.
