Natalie is fantastic and so easy to work with. She made the process very smooth and was available to help through the entire process
Working with the professionals at The Shade Store in the Pearl was a great experience. We had a snafu with our order (my fault, not theirs) but Barbra was extremely helpful in sorting it all out. The drapes are lovely, but more importantly, the customer service was outstanding! Thank you - we will be referring you often.
Ben & Jason were both wonderful - right on time, got the window treatments done very quickly - with explanations of all the options - and took away all the trash... What could be better..Who knows! Maybe we'll eventually get a couple more windows done... Thank you!

the installers who came were great. Natalie had suggested that the shade be as wide as the space, wider than the window. excellent suggestion, it cuts down on the ambient light. all in all, very happy with my solar shades.
