the installers who came were great. Natalie had suggested that the shade be as wide as the space, wider than the window. excellent suggestion, it cuts down on the ambient light. all in all, very happy with my solar shades.
Shade store might be more expensive than some alternatives, but it is worth every penny in terms of the service, the precision of the measurements, the quality of the product, the speed and communication from both sales and installation, and very competent and friendly staff.
My experience working with the Shade Store was excellent. Barbra, my sales rep, made it very clear and easy to get the measurements. She helped to talk me through exactly what I wanted and I love the results!

We really enjoyed working with Natalie from the Portland Oregon Location. Natalie was very prompt in responding to us and helped us navigate through the many options that the store offers.
