Carlyle Court: I’ve lived on the property for 12 years. They recently upgraded my unit from carpet to a beautiful sturdy laminated plank flooring. And they continue to make updates to the property while still keeping it an affordable value. 1 bedroom units are usually on a wait due to demand. 2 bedroom units seem to go quickly too.
I've seen bad reviews directly about Sexton Companies, which I can't speak personally on. What I can speak on, for whatever unfprofessional reason, is they do their background checks through AmRent. This company is NOTORIOUS for gathering and reporting false information about prospective tenants, whether its a bogus credit score or a criminal record of somebody else! If you live right and play by the rules, you won’t have no problem with this property. I’m a whale investor. I want you to pay your rent. I want everyone to be happy if you’re not there are many other options in town.
I have lived at Westbury for a year and I am in the process of moving so I can purchase a home. Sexton properties refuse to give me a ledger or record of leasing. If you have lived in any of their properties and experience this issues. Please reply so I can get in contact with you. I will start a civil action.
