Believe the bad reviews. Very awful/discriminative people work in management.
Decent apartments , but I experienced a lot of discrimination and unfair treatment from management.
Lived in a Sexton owned property for a 2 years. The property I was at was good, no complaints there. Sexton as a whole however is awful. Sexton is a scam of a company. They tried to change my lease mid way through it and force us to have more Renters Insurance. However, my lease does NOT say they can do this. It says they can change a certain section of the lease, but Renters Insurance did not fall under this section. When I pointed this out the my leasing office, they contacted Sexton.
