Much to my dismay, working with the Select Group over the past 3.5 years has been in an incredibly frustrating and negative experience. Delinquency letters are received without including a statement showing the reason for the shortage, and the tone of the letter is vitriolic…as though several attempts have been made to collect, but have been ignored - yet this is not the case. I want to first start off by saying my husband and I love our condo and our neighborhood. The accounting team for the Oak Lake Estates is extremely helpful and I want to acknowledge Lily Sujeta. She helped my husband and I with all of our payment questions. She is wonderful! My feedback now is strictly directed at the mangers of the Oak Lake Estates Condominium.
