Dallas is an absolute rock star! He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His recommendations for staging and small improvements really paid off—I was able to sell my house for top value, exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor and will definitely be working with him again!
Dallas got the house sold but that was the only high point. I told him upfront that I had no idea what I was doing. It was a stressful situation (Estate sale) and rather than receive coaching or guidance, I received scepticism, snide remarks, multiple requests to accommodate the buyer (he was supposed to be my listing agent!), and ZERO empathy throughout the entire transaction.
