They spent significant time communicating with both parties, coordinating around counsel responses, and trying to identify a path forward that was fair, compliant, and best for the sale. DO NOT work this firm or it's constituents. We lost our brother to a sudden heart attack back in July. They found our information through probate and have been berating us over text (a 3rd party service) to list his home. First, our brother was a renter not an owner. No research to whom they're contacting. Second, his passing was 5 months ago, again no research.
