I chose this restaurant because it's located inside the hotel and I needed a quick breakfast before heading out. When I arrived, I was told to sit anywhere, so I did—but no one came to the table for over 10 minutes. I finally got to place my order (just a simple American breakfast and a berry yogurt), but the food took more than 20 minutes to come out. I arrived, and everyone looked surprised to see a guest, I was a soli party of 1. It was dinner time. They were all scrambling and cleaning up. I ordered my food and tried to make a phone call. The employees were yelling across the restaurant to each other and moving chairs by scraping them across the floor. I tried to plug my open ear to be able to hear the phone turned up to near max volume. That still could not block the yelling of conversations.
