Well damn, where do I even START?? Let's start with a/c that didn't work for 6 plus months in the TEXAS SUMMER (with BROKEN CEILING FANS MIND YOU) Constant water leaks left unfixed for weeks. Neighbors shooting guns 2 backyards over and constantly having people try to run them over in the street and throwing bottles at them. Exposed nails in our fence that sliced my dog's leg open and required an 800$ vet bill. Laundry rooms with exposed wires that were very dangerous. Slum lord, never fixed anything. I went without a properly working a/c for 4 years. Units are full of mold and have no modern updates. Cracks in the door jambs that let the texas heat in. No windows in any downstairs unit so expect to live in a basement atmosphere. Upon move in, no light bulbs or soap dishes, or toilet paper dispensers were provided.
