Slum lord, never fixed anything. I went without a properly working a/c for 4 years. Units are full of mold and have no modern updates. Cracks in the door jambs that let the texas heat in. No windows in any downstairs unit so expect to live in a basement atmosphere. Upon move in, no light bulbs or soap dishes, or toilet paper dispensers were provided.
