Delicous food. Disappointing customer service. – After reading the reviews, my boyfriend and I decided to dine at Nick & Stef's a day before Valentines. It was our first visit. Valet parking is free and only tip was required. The food was delicious! I had a "Fillet Mignon with Red Wine sauce", while my boyfriend had the "Rib-eye Dry-aged Steak with Bernaise sauce" which was suggested by the waitress. We always have our steak medium-rare and it was cooked just the way we liked it! Per the waitress suggestions, we had a side o... read more

Great Business Lunch – I've only been to this restaurant once even though it is at the bottom of the office building I work in. I went in for lunch and was worried that I wouldn't make it back to the office in time, but the servers knew the meaning of a business lunch. Great steaks at cheaper prices than dinner...what could be better. OH, maybe the chocolate martini the bartender made me with Alchemia, an unusual vodka I'd never seen before! Worth checking out!!!

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT - Will never go back!!!!!!!!!! – My Best friend and I went out to dinner on Valentines Day. I choose Tangata because I was searching for somewhere new to eat and wanted a new experience also they had an ealry reservation at 7:15 .We got to the resturant at 7:15 pm at the exact time of our reservation. We were placed all the way in the back againist a wall. I initally ignored the fact that we were placed there but later felt like we were isoloated because we were two girls eating dinner and not a ?couple? ... read more

poor service, snotty waiters – went there with my family the sunday before christmas eve. We went for a quick bite and drinks. As soon as the waiter realized that we were not having a huge meal, he was brief with us. Our food was good, but he forgot our appetizer. He never checked on us until we asked for the bill, even though he stopped by other tables around us. Very disappointing. needless to say, his tip reflected his service, which was extremely poor.

Terrible Food for an Outrageous Price – My boyfriend and I who are lifelong New Yorkers decided to venture here on a Sunday morning after craving brunch the night before. We called and the recording said they opened at 10 am for brunch. We got there at 10 and found out they open at 11 and NO BRUNCH. We were starving and after waiting on the 30 minute line of tourists we decided to just eat. We ordered a 17 dollar crab cake appetizer which was so fishy I couldn't stomach it, the risotto it came with tasted like frozen food, t... read more

Below Average, Way Overpriced Mexican Food – Tortilla Jos at Downtown Disney should be avoided. It is the worst restaurant at the Disneyland Resort and not deserving of such a prime location. What you?ll get is horrible service, along with mediocre, overpriced Mexican food. Sadly a meal at Taco Bell or Del Taco is more satisfying, than the bland, disgusting slop this place serves up with a frown and at a very expensive price point. I went once for appetizers and drinks and left unimpressed. When friends suggested the place a... read more

Nice interior – Dinner and Movie Night on 11/1/2007, Restaurant was 50% filled, understaffed, we sat down at 6 p.m. and ordered the pre-fix menu for $30 and where assured we make it for the 7:30 Humphrey Bogart Movie at the Museum - 10 steps next door. Bar tender was missing, 1/2 full martini?s :(... got combed one so..., salad has "paper" in it, steak was not served as ordered and one large steak and 2nd steak 1/2 size ?? ???.room for improvement. P.S. get some red wine glasses.

sooo much better since they have a new Chef....Chef Jawn Chasteen – It is like a breath of fresh air! Ed Brown finally left....long overdue...so sick & tired of the same boring chowder & crabcakes. Better food quality & presentation.

Bad Food & Service...do not bother – Food was disgusting. Pasta was mush. Salmon tasted fishy. Service was beyond bad. Overpriced. Filthy bathrooms. went there for dinner and there was no one there! Waiter could barely speak English and had an attitude. How are the food & service bad when they don't have any customers! Typical corparatey gross restuarant....really cheesey. Don't waste your money.
