Fantastic view + Armando's exceptional service – My husband and I had brunch on July 6, 2008 as part of his birthday celebration. We were delighted to be seated in front of the bronze fountain (Statue of Prometheus) while enjoying our shrimp frittata, summer fruit plate, poached egg florentine and key lime pie. Armando was very gracious and thoughtful in his service (gave us 2 forks for the key lime pie). We returned today July 17, 2008 for lunch. To my surprise we were seated once again in front of the bronze fountain and A... read more

Tourist Trap Personified – New York working Girl takes husband out for a birthday dinner...Hoping for a little scene, we were seated in the back corner of the restaurant near the bar without a view. The place was empty. Onto drinks, we ordered Kettle one and were told they were out. "I'll try a new vodka, what's the latest???" my husband asked..."I don't know, Stoly?" the waiter replied. My husband of 6'2" orders the lobster risotto, as the waiter promises it's got a pound and 1/2 of lobster meat in it...The meal arrives as ... read more

A completely unsatisfactory experience in every sense. Avoid. – A friend of mine flew into town on short notice and was staying downtown, so we walked around until we found this place. We're two guys, it's not hard to please us - we don't need atmosphere, we just wanted a good steak, and if we're charged top-notch steakhouse prices, we expect commensurate service and quality. Oops! We each ordered $40 New York strips (after the waiter took his time to come over) as it is what "they are known for." Some time later we got brea... read more

Left before we even sat down – I had made reservations for lunch and when we got there, there was no host to be found. After about 5 minutes, someone came by and told us that there was a five minute wait (despite the fact that the restaurant was only half full). We said ok and went into the foyer to wait. As we were waiting several other guests came and were told they would have to wait "a couple of minutes" as well. We all exchanged funny looks with each other as he did not ask for our names, we could all see that there wer... read more

Not worth $200 for Dinner! – I have been to many steak houses and always been satisfied with food and customer service....well, not this time. My boyfriend went out of his way to make reservations at a "nice" restaurant and have a nice, quiet dinner, and this was far, far from it. The service was ok, nothing special, my steak was tasteless and over cooked, the side dishes are too small, the creamed spinach was more "cream" than spinach...really gross and runny. I asked the server to recommend a martini and he was clueless...... read more

Big Fans! – My wife and I dine out every night of the week and we have for the past five years since we've been married. Neither of us can cook to save our lives so we are forced to eat at restaurants whenever we're hungry! I'm always online checking out the reviews but have never written one myself and I know people have bad experiences sometimes in restaurants but we left Nick and Stef's happy and full! The host was very polite and friendly. She asked our name, told us our table was ready and handed us off to a young man w... read more

Disappointing customer service, poor quality food, uninspiring decor – I went here on a business lunch and was excited because it is a fairly well known restaurant. The restaurant itself, is not as impressive as I expected it to be from pictures and descriiptions - it just seemed very...bland. The hostess was the only positive part of the experience. She was very friendly and helpful. After being greeted and seated, however, service wen't downhill. My guest and I both ordered salads and several appetizers. Our waiter, Nichol... read more

Smal portion on a large plate just like that commercial – This was our first time at this restaurant located in Downtown Disney. Since it was at Disney, we had very low expectations. We ordered the duck and fish for dinner. Service was very nice and friendly. The food in general was tasty, warm and prompt. Compared to other restaurant of this scale, it seems overpriced based on the quantity served. I thought that the fish portion was very small for a Patina group restaurant. It is like that Citibank commercial with a large p... read more
