I showed maryann a a pattern I liked and she was very helpful and right on what I wanted. she has been helpful in the past with embroidery on baby blankets maternity gowns baby gowns I could go on and on. she is what retail service is what should be. the 4 s. I recently had a Christmas present embroidered here and to say I’m pleased is an understatement! MaryAnn got the job done quickly and the quality of work is outstanding!
I have spent $450 in this store within the last 2 weeks. I have received 2 texts stating my order was ready for pick up only to get there and only part of the order is ready. Really wouldn't be that big of a deal if I hadn't already told them to ONLY text me when the WHOLE order is ready. Then to make it worse, as I was walking out on my SECOND trip there, I get a sarcastic "Have a nice day". Now mind you, I live 45 minutes away and would prefer to pick up my items on my way out if town. This requires me to leave work early ... read more

Bought my daughter a jacket there today.Staff was very helpful and fast.
Ordered 2 sets of scrubs, they said order would be ready for pickup in a week, then in a week was told the order was on back order. Received a text saying my order was ready for pickup, only to arrived and they said the order wasn’t in yet!! Terrible service!!
