Ordered a personalized rabbit February 18th and paid for shipping at the time. Store forgot it was supposed to be shipped so told me it was ready February 21st. I will say fast turn around time with this. I reminded them it was to be shipped and was told it would be shipped. March 11th I inquired for shipping information. Responded March 12th with it will leave the shoppe today. As of today March 18th I had to inquire again for shipping. Am being reassured it was sent today. Will not be ordering from them again.
The Scrub Shoppe has the most beautiful baby quilts and other baby items. I bought some for my new granddaughter and they are beautiful. Thank you for all your help.
MaryAnn helped me put together the perfect Valentine's Gift for my mom and even delivered it to her at work for free. She absolutely loved her gift. This place is awesome to go to not only for their scrubs but their amazing embroidery and gift selection!!
Mary Ann did an awesome job of embroidering a shirt for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day!! Great communication and helpful ideas to make sure I was satisfied with the final product. I loved it and was so excited to give it to him!! And of course he loved it!! Everytime I have been in the store the staff were very nice and helpful!

Recently had a Christmas present done here. First we submitted wrong initials “oops” but they took it back fixed it and looks even more amazing if possible. Cannot wait till Christmas to see some happy people! Thanks again for meeting our needs and so quickly we “sew” appreciate it 🤗🤗 Merry Christmas!
