I have been a tenet here for almost 3 years. Thus far, I have had an amazing experience. Tonight, I was using the hot tub when Evian Adams contacted the police and 5 armed police officers threatened us until we left. I was not aware it was past curfew and the police were notified almost immediately after curfew came. I never got a warning and my friends were threatened with handcuffs. I love the facilities and love living here but for the amount we spend there should be better service and a more reasonable curfew policy.
I’ve lived here for 5 months and have nothing but positive experiences until today. Evian Adams, a concierge, called and had 5 armed police officers come and escort me, another tenet, and our 2 guest out of the hot tub for being in there 15 minutes past “curfew.” We were threatened with handcuffs when we were leaving and not putting up a fight whatsoever. At first we were accused of not living in the building. I will no longer feel comfortable living here and using the facilities if this is the consequence.

My bike was stolen from the garage. They charge $150 a month for secure parking.
