Lack customer service
Took my bike 3 times to get fixed. They were never able to finish the job. I called the store to see if we can find a solution and the employee refuses to give my his first name, as if I was a threat. Very shady!
We rented a bicycle there yesterday, there was only one to choose from, so we decided to accept that it had just the very bare necessities and was very old. They charged 60$ for 3 days, more than that bicycle is worth. After about 5 miles on regular roads, carefully driven, one pedal broke in half, and after another 4 miles the second pedal broke in half. Highly recommend jose very great guy!
35$ to rent these old junky looking bikes. This is supposed to be a professional bike shop. Took one look and said No. Disappointed to have come all this way.
