I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM and arrived early at 10:45 AM, paid my copay, and completed the paperwork. The receptionist never mentioned any possible delays. I waited until 11:50 AM — nearly an hour past my appointment — without any communication or apology from the staff. When I asked for a refund because I couldn’t wait any longer, I received it but still no apology or offer to reschedule. I had minimally invasive bunion surgery and now I love my foot! I was having so much pain and now that is all gone! The follow ups were fast and easy and I was able to walk immediately after the surgery! I am back in regular shoes and it is all because of Dr. Schottenstein's excellent care! I had my achilles tendon rupture repaired by Dr. Schottenstein and I am doing so great. She did a minimally invasive technique and I am walking with no pain. Her whole staff gave me so much love and care during my recovery. Thank you Dr. Schottenstein.
