One of the most poorly managed and mediocre apartment complexes in Lubbock.
Management does not care about the residents. I reported a major window leak 5 times that is apparently "fixed" every time, yet it still rains in my room. Worst experience ever!!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst place ever. Walls are crappy thin with no insulation. My bathroom in the winter was 40 degrees at warmest and I had to run a heater to take a quick cold shower. The Wi-Fi and cable they promise? Crap. No signal strength at all. Not to mention you won't get your deposit back even if you do everything right like they ask you. They overcharge you for the room you get. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have had multiple issues with the new management. First of all, I had a friend that was suppose to move into our spare bedroom and they messed up her lease so she had to move into a different apartment. They then moved somebody new into our apartment and gave us TWO HOURS NOTICE. They locked my bedroom door when I was not home and they should not have been in my bedroom and I had to wait 45min in the office until someone would go unlock it for me. My only complaint is the Wifi here. I only keep a connection about 50% of the time. Other than that, great place to live!
My daughter just moved here. What a huge difference in management at her previous apt! In the first week of living here, she has had a standing water in the kitchen sink & shower head broke. It took them 3 days to repair it but more importantly, management made it very clear they'll get around to it when they feel like it. So how'd you like standing water in your sink for 3 days?
