I've lived here for about 4 years and have had amazing managers and ones that should never have been a manager in the first place. This place is definitely getting better and I can't wait for the new club house to be done. The staff is amazing and very friendly, whenever I have any issues they are on top of it but there is only so much you can do especially when you have horrible neighbors. They have been renovating the club house since I signed my lease in June. Until today it's not yet done. The best advice I can give y'all is look elsewhere. Moreover, there are better options for less money.
Probably the worst place to live in Lubbock. Since move in, the front office has been under renovations, so we don't have a gym to use, tanning bed, or any amenities that made me want to live here in the first place. I also don't think they've ever cleaned the pool. Upon move in, the apartment was disgusting. The whole kitchen area was untouched, the microwave had left over food and popcorn kernels from the previous people who lived there. Our Wifi was down for maybe the first month of living there. The property is well kept and visually appealing. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is quick to correct any issues.
Great Staff and maintenance is awesome. The location is close to everything providing students with a wonderful college experience. I have lived at other places and this one by far tops them all.
Our daughter lived there while working on her undergrad. Security gate constantly broken, parking lot always covered with broken beer bottles & beer cans. Their apartment got broken into & lots of stuff stolen. Management told my wife that they had never had any trouble before. When my wife mentioned that to the police, they LAUGHED. There are frequent break-ins. Management lies.
