Once again the staff at Savoy Apartments stepped up to the plate. I want to thank Kyndra and our maintience staff for swiftly assisting with a lock change. What was tentatively set for August 7th was taken care of 3 days earlier than planned. The team at Savoy are amazing and I am so happy and content with choosing this complex as my new residence. I’ve been living at these apartments since 2017!!! The staff and management are mean and rude. Everytime I walk in to tell them about an issue with my apartment im being yelled at! They just want your money and DONT care about what issues are wrong with the units. I need management to call me ASAP and fix these issues!!!
The staff here is amazing. They are very helpful and friendly and seemed concerned and caring about my needs. Kyndra Baker went above and beyond to try to help me locate my package, and she found the package. It had been dropped off at the wrong address. This place has greatly improved with the new owners and management. It's quiet and clean.
