Let me start off by saying everyone that works here is absolutely amazing. They are kind courteous, and I can’t say enough good things about them. With that said, let me move onto my problem. We have been trapped between two apartments for a month and a half. they kept saying it will be ready tomorrow or this will be done Friday and it just turns into weeks. Once again the staff at Savoy Apartments stepped up to the plate. I want to thank Kyndra and our maintience staff for swiftly assisting with a lock change. What was tentatively set for August 7th was taken care of 3 days earlier than planned. The team at Savoy are amazing and I am so happy and content with choosing this complex as my new residence. I’ve been living at these apartments since 2017!!! The staff and management are mean and rude. Everytime I walk in to tell them about an issue with my apartment im being yelled at! They just want your money and DONT care about what issues are wrong with the units. I need management to call me ASAP and fix these issues!!!
