I’ve lived at The Savoy for over a year now, and it’s truly been an amazing experience! The property manager, Amanda, goes above and beyond—she’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The front desk team is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes coming home feel extra special. The building itself is very well maintained, and I’ve never had to deal with any pest issues, which gives such peace of mind. Fantastic experience working with the Savoy & living there , for my daughter ( a student). Amanda was responsive & sooooo helpful throughout w/ movers, furniture rentals, wifi. & all my question's answered !!!! Thank you Amanda!!!!!!
I lived there from 1986 to 1992. Was happy. Best place I ever lived. I wished they let me back. I was safe there. A few problems but we work together to resolve. It a quiet building I miss living there. Not a bad price. All utilities included easy to budget money
I have been a resident here since early 2012. While the building management is generally competent and the onsite staff are mostly pleasant and hardworking and despite its convenient location, the rent has increased substantially, likely to offset losses from the COVID years. Given the building’s age, it is expected to face some maintenance challenges. However, the management is approachable and addresses any issues in a timely manner.
