Good Afternoon This is now my tenth attempt to speak to someone regarding TWO purchases I made. The first I asked to be canceled and refunded back in November. I was told not a problem I will go ahead and process that for you. Here it is, March 20th and I still have not received my money. The tour was to start at 8pm, we showed up at 740 & they had already left. The voicemail at the business number was full & couldn't accept messages. The number they give you to speak to an "actual live person" was the booking agency who can do nothing. Very disappointed!
