If you want a $40 reason to be angry, buy a groupon and try and go on a ghost tour with this company 😂
We had a good experience with our guide, Susie. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, timely and handled our large group well. Had fun and I learned a lot!
We purchased a Groupon for Savannah Walks. We called to book, as Groupon instructed. When we called a gentleman told us to email them. After waiting over 24 hours with no response we called back. We were given other numbers to call, which all lead to voicemail boxes. 24 hours after we have left Savannah, we were finally able to find a number to contact them. All they've done is text us, passive-aggressively pinning the blame on other things, including us. I'd contact the BBB, but something tells me they're far from accredite... read more
Paid for something that didn’t happen. Scam. Found out he is under investigation for fraud. Attached is the snotty message he sent me when trying to get ahold of him via phone. I even tried to connect with Brad at his supposed office location.

Scam ... guide never showed up ... when I called they said the tour had been rescheduled from 10 to 1 (I wasn't available) ... more than a week later, still no refund
Brad set up an incredible tour for our Jr Beta club. We learned about Savannah’s Civil War history, the founding of Savannah, a few ghost tales and a little Midnight in the Garden trivia. Thank you so much for accommodating our group!!
