I love the Sandpiper so much that I own 4 weeks. When my brother and his wife saw how nice our unit was, they bought a unit too. The area is beautiful. We enjoy hiking, whale watching, the sunsets, walking the beach, etc. The trading value to other resorts is also great.
I have been an owner here since 1984 and this is the only timeshare I'm glad I bought. There were a few years when it was kind of deteriorating but they have made tremendous strides since then. Rain or shine, always a beautiful view!
Did anyone else get a foreclosure from Lincoln City Court??? I called and they said they are in the process of foreclosure on all the units at Sandpiper?? We've been a timeshare owner since 10 years and love our timeshare .

I own a week here at the Sandpiper, so I come out the same time of year when I occupy my unit. The annual renovation upgrades have really paid off as to how the units looked when I bought my unit. I still do not get tired of the view out on my balcony, nothing but beach and ocean. Friendly staff, nice front office, always trying to make my stay here better.
Love it,I have been an owner for over 20+ years, the updates to the room are very nice, my favorite place to get away, inside is beautiful and I love the sunsets melting over the ocean horizon from the balcony!
