I recently moved to Ames and first visited this location just to pick up a few things for my new place—the assortment they have is incredible. This store is pretty strange . Sometimes it's a boutique style w pricing to be a bit crazy ! ,and sometimes furniture ,clothing and items are set at reasonable prices. People go to the salvation army looking for affordability not BOUTIQUE prices ! I've seen many items at the same cost of brand new! I guess it depends on who's managing ?

Wow! I've been to many thrift stores & this one is the most expensive hands down! Lots of junk during my time of visit. Save yourself time & money & go elsewhere.
