I scheduled twice to donate beautiful wood furniture in pristine condition in Brooklyn 11235. Both times I took off of work. Both times they cancelled. Today, May 25 2017 they never even cancelled. I waited all day and when I called the manager there first told me they were here and then said something came up. The Salvation Army could have sold this furniture along with the 5 bags of excellent condition designer clothing and electronics. Absolutely disgusted with salvation army i called and wanted to donate a dresser, couch and king size bed upon your arrival your truck driver told me that you will only take the couch because you only take brand new furniture! Absolutely ridiculous!
Tried calling all week to set up a truck delivery. Can't get through. Today I was on hold for 40 minutes. Disgraceful
