Salvation Army, I scheduled a pick up for today in NYC. Your staff gave me a time. Truck drivers are over 30 minutes late with no call. Tried to call the office again and the phone line for donations was down, then I was told that donations staff had left for the day, and no one knows what the procedure is. Your main line should be able to tell me if truck drivers call me or what the status is. I took an entire day off work to be here for this donation. Very disappointed. Where is the truck????
