Shrimp and grits were wonderful. Our waiter was also first class, even played tic tax toe with our daughter. Great atmosphere inside and outside on the pier.
What a fantastic staff. Food is your typical seashore kind. My scallops were fantastic! Thank you for making our visit so special.
Trace and Frankie were awesome and the food was super delicious!
The crab cake sandwich was phenomenal!!! The salty dog pale ale and amber were also great
The food is anything you can get anywhere My husband got a tasteless chicken salad sandwich. I had an extremely expensive shrimp basket that claims in the menu that has a generous portion of shrimps but it does not. My kids got the chicken fingers from the kids menu that had more food than mine and costed less. (I guess you can't go wrong with fried chicken) The coconut freeze were okay. This is a place to go, take pictures and get a t-shirt and a souvenir. Ok service at the restaurant and great service at the shop.
Great service, delicious food, best key lime pie I've ever tasted. Live music was great too!

We always make it a point to go to SALTY DOG every trip to Hilton Head. This year was a little disappointing. The food was not as good as it used to be. I paid extra for a pretzel bun and it was so soggy I couldn't eat it. However, the hush puppies were excellent!
