I have never been here, but I am very discouraged with the lack of contact for polar express. I have called over 20 times and tried to send emails according to the recording and they come back non deliverable. I think this is a very poor way to handle questions people have when they cannot contact anyone. I really wish something could be done or someone could respond to me. We took our three year old son to the Polar Express and he LOVED IT!! We will be coming back soon!! Next time I'm bring my sisters and their kids. So exciting n fun!!
I have visited the Salted Rim 2x this pass summer and was extremely disappointed with service and the condition of the restaurant. Both times the floor and chairs were fiflthy. And I mean dirty. Spills and dried food stuck on chairs. Floor looked like stuff was spilled and people walked throught it. Windows sills dirty and glass on entrance doors looked liked they hadn't been cleaned "forever". If this is what the restaurant looks like; I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. Took my kids there tonight for the first time. They loved sitting in the train car to eat dinner. The food was great and so were the prices. Jessie was our server and she rocked! Can't wait to take my husband . Loved the pico!
Chips with the salsa were stale even though the chips with the queso were warm and fresh. Taco shells were stale, Margaritas were lacking. Service was spotty. We've eaten here 4 times and doubt that we'll return.
I have been on a bad run of restaurants in Delaware the last 24 hours. But this one was the worst. My wife, our boys and I stopped by for lunch. Service was painfully slow. Only the kids cheeseburger was delivered to the table as ordered. The kids hot dog wasn't warm and looked horrible with blisters on it. My wife and I ordered their bowls, hers was chicken with no beans and mine was steak. They brought her fajitas incorrectly first and we were done eating by the time she got the right order.
