Spent last night on the Polar Express. The staff of elves were great. There was lots of food to choose from and the whole night was synced to the movie; from the hot cocoa to the sleigh bells. My granddaughter was thrilled to see santa (just a little skinny) and enjoyed watching the movie for the first time ever. We will definitely do this again next year
Loved the great service we received while watching the polar express, the surprise visit from Santa and the gift he gave was neat. Thanks for helping to build our memories of the holiday season.
The kids loved it! The staff were friendly. The food was good for both kids and adults. Will definitely go back.
We were in town from Baltimore glad we found time to squeeze in a "ride" on the polar express
NO STARS , I will never go back it was horrible, Food was cold, service was poor, and rude and Santa could not be bothered by the Grandchildren, then as we were leaving my grandson saw Santa outside smoking and talking to an elf. My Grandson then said, I think that Santa was a fake. Very sad and lacked Christmas Spirit and Christmas magic !
Responsive owner - Since my initial post, the owner has been in touch and has invited us back for Frozen and also assured me that the issues I experienced on our first visit have been addressed. It is always good to know that a business owner can be responsive in a positive manner after hearing a critical response Thank you! Poor service, cold food, there was no "magic" in the service of the elves or even Santa's visit during the Polar Express Diner. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
