Went to this location sat for 6 hours getting my hair done to not get what I asked for and after speaking to the supervisor and owner they were unwilling to give me a resolution to fit my needs. Everything they offerd me was an inconvenience to me and they refused to refund my money so I could go else where. Niw I have submitted the claim to my bank to get my money back as well as my friend they ruined her hair at the same time. They left black dye all over our skin. Will never ever go here again!
