Did not live up to the hype
My girlfriend made reservations for the two of us to celebrate my birthday. We walked in, both dressed business casual, and checked in with the host with no issue. However when we were about to be seated, as the first hostess had the menus in her hand, the second black host and doorman came to me, a black man, and told me that I needed a blazer. The quality of the steaks, was not worth the price, however, the oyster appetizer was phenomenal, the sides were good, and the staff was above and beyond any experience, I've had in quite some time
Very disappointing experience, especially for nearly $250 at lunch. My $90 cowboy cut steak was unevenly cooked, and the fat wasn’t properly rendered. The steak also was not sliced correctly and I bit into a bone while eating (we requested it to be pre-sliced). The bread wasn’t made in-house, and the staff couldn’t tell us what type of flour it was made with (we had someone in the party with an allergy). Service was slow and lacked communication. Amazing experience! Best restaurant in Baltimore. Best stakes and the way the present yhe food is do exquisite. Our waitress was amazing! She had lots of knowledge and advice and was very nice! Her name was Courtney and we will ask for her again
