Food , music, and service was outstanding. Outdoor seating comfortable and very nice, I will definitely be back.
Food was good. Service not so much. I knew it was gonna be bad when we ordered a Bud lite and 2 waters and the server let out a big sigh. She came back took our orders and disappeared. ( in this time we had 2 other servers ask if we had been waited on) She never came back to check on us till I asked someone what the deal was, she returned, slung the beer down and walked off (never asked if the others needed water refilled). Thanks to Bo (congrats on your Dawgs win! and Gina for setting us up with an awesome seating arrangement Saturday night to watch some football with a group of friends. Great service from Shelby! Food was absolutely delicious ! Everything was perfect....except The Game! ;)
WARNING!!! - DO NOT COME HERE, SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!
Poor customer experience and equally substandard food. We understand mistakes happen, but when a server spills two glasses of ice water on a five year old, who then cries uncontrollably, at least make an effort to correct the situation. We will not return.
Food very tasty but presentation was sad looking. Had the fish special but it was changed to fish wrap because only had left over bit piece of fish left. Although it was excellent I paid entree price on a sandwich.
The service at Rusty Rudder is always GREAT. We love this place as it's a great atmosphere with always a great staff.
