We really enjoyed our evening - a nice birthday dinner! The food (oysters, shrimp, flounder, and salmon!) was delicious, and our service was great! Thanks again!
If you've never been, you gotta give it a try! We come down from North Carolina and every time we visit we hit up a brunch or two. It never disappoints! Go with the yard bird for brunch or the buffalo shrimp tacos. They are both amazing!

My wife and I were passing through on our way back to Myrtle Beach when we stumble across a hidden treasure known as The Rusty Rudder. Starting with the hospitality as soon as we walked in the door through to the amazing food and service we received, I'd say it was an amazing experience.

We planned a lunch outing with some of our Memory Care residents today at The Rusty Rudder. When we arrived they had a whole portion of the restaurant set up for us and greeted us warmly. Our server, Brianna was impeccable, she was wonderful with our residents. The woman who greeted us as we were coming in interacted with the residents with a very warm heart, and a big smile. Our first time. The food was very good. I had the fried shrimp with hand cut fries.. Very yummy. My handsome husband had shrimp and grits. He loved it! On the down side it was not busy enough to put us by the door going out to the outside porch. It was busy out there and a lot of door opening next to us. Little chilly. Also when I called i ask the young man about happy hour he told me it was from I believe 4 to 7 and that they had some half price app's, beer and house liquor specials.
