St Patrick's day 2017. Very disappointing my wife ordered the wimpy med rare came to the table very well done dry. She also ordered a special st Patrick's day drink and got the wrong one. I ordered the haddock sandwich, I felt I could have gotten a better fish sandwich at McDonald's. My daughter got the kids wimpy dry and rubbery. Fries were okay. The service was fantastic! It maybe the oldest bar in Portsmouth but it's very nice and up to date inside. Buck tge bartender was attentive to everyone and knew his regulars too. I had wings and a custom burger, both were perfect portions and full of flavor. I'll be back to this establishment in the future and suggest you try it out if your in town and like beer; 20 draft beers or more.

Made a last minute choice to stop in with my 8 year old with a sprained ankle, as all he was craving chicken tenders and French fries. The place was nearly empty, so I assumed this would be quick. Wrong. After 20 minutes of sitting without a menu (and this is after we made our way across the room with the little guy on crutches, noticed by everyone), our server finally came over with menus and took our order.
