The best mortgage experience of my life. Shaun and his team were excellent. They communicate well, promptly and thoroughly. We purchased a property and their were some delays with construction and Shaun's team helped us with the timeline and getting it wrapped up. I highly recommend them.
My experience with Shaun was unfavorable to say the least. I'd avoid his shady ways. I don't use my real name because Shaun retaliates and makes threats and untrue accusations. So the only way I feel to get anything out is a review to hopefully let others know what they are truly working with. He asks for 5 star reviews like it's owed. Be wary of the "perfect" reviews as they are asked for. This is my experience.
I highly recommend Shaun Russon and his team when you are trying to get a home loan in Utah area. He was able to answer all my questions and was able to lock a good interest rate for my loan.
