RecommendedCan’t recommend The Russell more. It is absolutely beautiful and you can tell they have thought about every little detail. Their customer service is also some of the very best, they are so easy to communicate with and I never felt like a nuisance for asking several questions. I mentioned that my boyfriend and I would be touring a distillery before our check-in to make sure it was ok to go ahead and park in the lot and they responded quickly saying they hooked us up with an early check-in! Absolutely Beautiful! Even more Spectacular in person..The entire property very well maintained.. The thought process of the amenities in our room is top notch..Even had a high tech floor heater in our room for extra heat.. The thoughtfulness of surprising us with a bottle of champagne for our Anniversary made it extra special.. DT Nashville was about a 3.5 mile walk round trip.. Beautiful walk and views..Especially with the snow all around..We will definitely come back here again..TY..❤

Such a beautiful and unique stay. That they give back to ministries in the community is a huge plus. For it to be a contactless hotel, there was never a moment that I felt that I didn't have all my questions answered. It is within walking distance to several restaurants that we enjoyed. We loved everything about our stay. I highly recommend it and we will be going back for sure.

Most definitely coming back to stay here again in the near future! What’s not to love? The fact they give back to the Community would be the number 1 reason to stay here. Free parking. It used to be a church! Free coffee 24/7, location! It’s the bees knees.
We absolutely loved our experience at The Russell! The building and decor are wonderfully designed. I’m a photographer and interior designer so my senses and creative spirit were delighted! Our room was beautiful and clean. Coffee was freely available. My family and I enjoyed local pizza at the large island in the lobby. Having coffee in the morning in the sun warmed lobby on the sofas was lovely. We will definitely be back!

Wow! This hotel exceeded our expectations. We only stayed one night but I wish we could've stayed longer. Great location, walking distance to lots of great restaurants and there is a playground nearby. The rooms and lobby were so fun and clean. We stayed in the bell tower suite and loved the space and the fact that we woke up looking at the beautiful stained glass! Such a cool hotel! We found this place accidentally, as it was the closest hotel to a friends house on a search. Impeccably clean and every amenity has been thought of. From the local basket of goodies, the extensive but condensed book of recommendations, the Dyson hair dryer, and the keyless entry to the filtered water and pebble ice on each floor; every detail has been covered.
