What do you do in Vegas? I do CUPCAKES! So far I give Sprinkles a 7! (Bonus points for being the original and having a cupcake ATM!). Carlos' Bakery gets an 8! But I still haven't found one that can beat THE RUFFLED CUP! You're still my 10!
