Last month we decided on ruffled cup to handle our wedding order. Unfortunately we had to cancel our order last night due to the sheer unprofessionalism of the owners and staff. Long story short, we had an issue with an employee there. My fiancé called and asked that she not be the person delivering our order to the wedding venue if at all possible. The person I had originally asked to make my daughters cake forgot to make it and I didn’t find this out until the day before her party! I called The Ruffled Cup and even though it was very late notice they were able to make her a cake!!! Thank you so much, she loved it!!!

When it comes to flavor, they are spot on. I wish that I can put on pictures of what my wedding cake should have looked like. I had to keep calling to make sure that everything was in place. I had called and stopped by multiple times before the wedding. They never called mentioning that the wedding cake wasn't going to look like the picture that we gave them. We had extra flowers that we could have used for it, so that extra money that we spent using those flowers wasn't even the flowers that we gave them. It was disappointi... read more
