Apartments are good size and clean. The shower water preasure is good. Unfortunately the windows are not sound proof, and the view is of 3 different carparks. The concierge is only open 9-5, and there is NO after hours phone number.

Very clean apartment. It's only downfall was there wasn't any little milk container for our tea, and we couldn't find any shops close by. We found the instructions on the washing machine in another cupboard.

Hope you have considerate neighbors during night time quiet hours. This building has no sound proofing whatsoever. Had quiet upstairs neighbors until a few months ago. Had to start using white and brown noise machines to mask their normal heavy walking to be able to sleep for a few months. Until they started stomping even louder than the sound machine until 1.30am every night. They're just as bad during the day. Apartment was smaller than appeared on the Web site. Mould in showers and broken blind in lounge room . Several electrical outlet's were loose or did not work. Highly dangerous. General cleanliness was not up to standard. The Apartment was well located to the city and the tram services.
