My husband and I came out here tonight to try the Thursday special: jambalaya! He absolutely adored it and I enjoyed of what I had of it too. I had a burger that was incredibly tasty and cooked perfectly. The fries were my favorite, seasoned well with a perfect crunch and fluffy interior. The fries absorbed the juice that came off the burger and made them taste even better. The staff was super friendly and inviting. Fantastic! My wife and I came in on Thursday to get in on their Jambalaya special and it rocked my world. They really need to consider making it a permanent item rather than a weekly pick! The Shrimp and Andouille Gumbo also deserves a special shoutout for the out of this world flavor! We'll definitely be back to make this a regular evening date spot.
