Guards are disrespectful
Security will treat you like a criminal for even looking at them and admin staff is terrible. Eventhough they will cover themselves saying they don’t hire the security. These people work/terrorize together.
VERY AGGRESSIVE AND ANTAGONISTIC SECURITY!!!
I've never had a security peson antagonize me like these did. I asked a simple question, and received a very nasty answer. I walked I to de office and I tried to make an appointment. I was told It would be 6 weeks And if I don't show up, they will charge me anyway. The woman was so rude! Will not go there!!!!!! Changed my mind, found a much more pleasant office to get me in next week.
I can’t speak to the therapeutic aspects and doctors and counselors because we never got that far. The office staff was horrendous and the intake process absurd. There was a tremendous amount or background paperwork I completed, but it had to be put on their “portal” to keep the appt, which I wasn’t informed of until they cancelled the appt because it wasn’t there even though I had already filled out all the forms and submitted them.
